EDMS – Global Document Management System has being used to generate online and automatically printed forms, reports, correspondence forms, designing documents especially in departments with high document traffic like DCC, Quality, HSE, Technical Office and Design Office by Özgün Kolin Joint Venture in the project of construction of 27 km metro line that will connect Istanbul Airport to Halkalı. Project stakeholders (Özgün-Kolin, AYGM, Apco-Altınok, Yüksel Project) access to documents and live data from a single platform to minimize loss of time due to document traffic and prevent incorrect manufacturing.
